The Change Club

New Hope’s Local Outreach

What if your change could change the lives of people in your community through random acts of hope?

That’s just what we do. We’re a bunch of do gooders from New Hope Assembly of God living like Jesus did by serving up random acts of hope. We collect our congregation’s spare change each month and with that change this club of “Do Gooders” gets out and changes lives in the community. We serve just as Jesus did. We don’t just do good things, we do God things. We bless others. We serve hope. Through these random acts, we want to encourage the hopeless, inspire the wandering and bring love to all.

To learn more about how The Change Club works and how serving like Jesus should be an every day part of your life watch the sermon that started it all:

“In everything I did I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak. Remembering the words of the Lord Jesus himself said: It is more blessed to give than to receive.”Acts 20:35

Current Outreach Project: Turkey Outreach

New Hope Assembly of God’s annual turkey outreach has changed! We are providing 300 people a Thanksgiving meal this year by serving their family a basket that will contain a Thanksgiving feast that will be enough to feed 10 people. We are making 30 baskets and looking for families that would be in need of this blessing.
